The DIGITAL TWIN

Definition :

The Digital Twin is a digital model that faithfully reconstructs an object, building, operation or system. These digital clones can have multiple uses. The digital twin is not just a replica of an object at a specific point in time, but also includes the process that the object went through from its conception to its final state.

In this way, the Digital Twin reflects not only the object itself, but also its development and manufacturing history. As a result, we can understand the life of the object in its entirety, the uses to which it can be put and the wear and tear it can suffer.

Application at LBS :

This technology, which is mainly used in design, industry, healthcare and construction, is a real aid to understanding, optimising and developing workshop layouts.

It enables new and refurbishment projects for repair workshops (collision and used-vehicle reconditioning) to be put into practice, while at the same time securing the construction, refurbishment or building of these workshops.

The Digital Twin enables LBS Les Bonnes Solutions to validate the feasibility of the site, optimise the flow of repairs and remove any possible doubts about site operation.

  1. Validation of surfaces and workstations
  2. Validation of repair workflows
  3. Validation of site security and accessibility
  4. Immersive projection of the project

LBS Les Bonnes Solutions carries out Project studies based on these implementations and double digital. We offer our customers the production of a real 3D animation video presenting the project in its entirety and enabling our customers to present it to teams and investors.
