LBSoft is a real decision-making tool that assists the LBS team in its activities by means of reports.

Integrated into the LBSoft reports, the indicators alert you to the strengths and weaknesses of your after-sales service. To quickly target areas for improvement, we offer KPIs divided into 4 categories:

LBS – Les Bonnes Solutions was born from the meeting of three people from different backgrounds. Their complicity and their exchanges on the automotive world led them to the following observation: beyond the latest technological advances, operational and business practices are poorly applied or even non-existent! Optimisation of practices and techniques, evolution of business skills or improvement of customer satisfaction, so many subjects that are not followed or prioritised…

This led Benoit, Lorenzo and Sliman to conclude that profitability and quality of service undoubtedly depend on the management of the means and resources used to monitor the processes.

3 people, 3 horizons, common values and many ideas: LBS – Les Bonnes Solutions was created !

Based on our respective experiences in the automotive, insurance, business management and customer service sectors, we have developed our vision to respond to customer issues and make our contribution to this new technical, economic and environmental air. Resolutely focused on the human aspect and on technical and digital solutions, we are convinced that change management is a necessity in order to meet the challenges ahead.
